We started with a traditional Berliner that was the most sour we have ever made but then infused it with a red plum puree for a refreshing tart and sweet brew.

Appearance. This has a cloudy, pale apricot colored body with a good white head.
Moderately tart, at least, for the style, this Berliner Weiss makes good use of a "red plum puree". Plum notes are joined by hints of melons and ripe pitted fruits.
