In continuation of our series, our volume 2 uses hops we have used before and thoroughly enjoyed, we've just never used this blend together. This beer uses Mosaic, Pacific Jade, and Citra. The combination is very tropical fruit forward and floral thanks to the Pacific Jade leading the flavor profile.
