Cloudy, thick head with soft texture.
Hoppy, citrusy yet a little wheaty somehow. Pleasant.

330ml bottle conditioned, sediment left in bottle.
L: Cloudy, pale amber with a thick, fluffy head that leaves lots of lacing.
S: Spicy, herbal, medicinal, yeasty.
T: Dry, herbal, dusty flavours. Belgian-type yeast is noticeable.
F: Moderate carbonation, sharp & refreshing. Slightly gassy.
O: Like a cross between a Belgian pale ale and an English bitter. Modern and intriguing. Highly drinkable. Very good. Anyone expecting a traditional bitter will be in for a surprise though...

Bottle. Light amber. Slight haze. Extra thick frothy head. Decent lacing.
Fresh grassy hop aroma. Herbal - maybe some lemon grass.
Soapy citrus flavour. Rather medicinal - very unlike the aroma. Pine resin. Bitter and astringent.
Highly carbonated. Light to medium body.
The taste was a bit of a shock and not to my liking.
