My general rule on oyster stouts proven true again: oyster cannot be the frontrunner ingredient, rather it should work with the malt to accent other flavors, in this case espresso and dark chocolate. Salt brininess complements the sharpness of the espresso, and has some smoke in the aftertaste. Good stuff!
