Pours a medium amber, coppery coloration with a medium, frothy head. Smells of bready, caramel malt with a hint of orange rind and pine. Taste follows the nose, being quite malt-forward and dominated by bready, caramel malt. Some hoppy citrus notes coming through too, as well as a certain resinous quality. Notes of orange rind, tangerine and pine, with a medium, slightly harsh and resinous bitterness in the aftertaste. Medium body and carbonisation. This is your typical east coast IPA: malty and resinous, with citrus and pine notes and a good bitterness. While this could be better balanced, it's still fairly solid. Not great, but not terrible either.
