Amber color with a very thick head that keeps static eternally.
Mild aroma with notes of honey, bread, flowers and a bit of citrusy hops.
Flavor with lots of honey, apples, spices and floral and herbal hops. Dry aftertaste with a mild to medium bitterness.
Light body with appropriate carbonation.
Well executed Golden Ale with citrusy, honey, bready, floral and spicy notes. Refreshing and sessionable, but not dull.
