Hazy yellow color with a thick head with good retention.
Mild aroma with notes of chamomile and wheat; it was hard to feel the Sorachi dry hop; the Sorachi initially felt a bit like buttered cooked corn (not DMS nor diacetyl) and/or the Sorachi occasionally feet smell. But it was sure present in the mouth.
Flavor with predominant notes of Sorachi hops, lots of lemon and chamomile, ginger, white pepper and pineapple. Dry and acidity aftertaste with a medium bitterness.
Light body with tickling carbonation.
Spicy and citrusy American Wit with clear Sorachi notes in the mouth being rather unique.
