On tap at the brewery taproom.
Good looking dark red-brown body with a tan head that has good retention and leaves plenty of sticky lacing.
Aroma has less ginger than expected. The flavor has a very conservative use of ginger. This is usually a good thing, but in this case it allows some of the flavor of the unfiltered local taproom. The seaside tap water is also obvious in the aroma. Moderately spicy, lingering aftertaste. Mild bitterness.
Smooth, full and well carbonated mouthfeel
