The finest wheat malt, fine aroma hops and our own brewing yeast give our alcohol-free wheat apple its fine, pearly and fresh taste. In a system that is unique in Germany, we remove the alcohol from our wheat beer in a particularly gentle way - but not the taste. The Black Forest master brewers traveled all over the world to Australia to find a system that was convincing. Some visitors to our beer garden have already tasted their order a second time in disbelief to be sure. Conscious enjoyment can be so delicious.
