This NEIPA exhibits flavors of citrus, grape, lemongrass, and grapefruit thanks to additions of Galaxy, El Dorado, Cashmere, and Hallertau Blanc. In loving memory of our good friend Dean Harrison Goodyear.

A: Pours a murky pale to medium golden orange in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate pale golden yellow + straw yellow + orange + burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall very dense sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduced to a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering a little more than 75% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass, Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, tropical/mango, herbal/lemongrass, white grape, and stone fruit/peach hops over the top light to moderate aromas of biscuit + wheat + oat + honey malts with a light to moderate amount of honey sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + wheat + oat + honey malts with a light to moderate amount of honey sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit, tropical/mango, herbal/lemongrass, white grape, and stone fruit/peach hops that impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away very quickly leaving lingering citrus + tropical hop flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Light to moderate amounts of soft/fluffiness mid-body with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a nice combination of hop flavors + aromas and just a hint of hop burn when I first opened the beer but faded as the beer came up to temperature.
