A: Pours a milky murky bright golden apricot in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + orange + pale golden yellow + burnt orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that slowly reduces to a handful of small to medium sized patches of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/tangerine, tropical/mango, tropical/passionfruit, tropical/lychee, stone fruit/peach, and citrus/grapefruit hops over the top of light to moderate aromas biscuit + wheat + oat malts with a light amount of lactose-like sweetness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of biscuit + wheat + oat malts with a light amount of lactose-like sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/tangerine, tropical/mango, tropical/passionfruit, tropical/lychee, stone fruit/peach, and citrus/grapefruit hops which imparts a very light amount of bitterness which fades away very quickly leaving lingering tropical + citrus + stone fruit hop flavors.
M: Just shy of medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Initially slightly crisp with a light to moderate amount of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Very enjoyable with a wonderfully fruity hop profile.
