A: Pours a clear pale to medium yellow in color with moderate to heavy amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and faint pale golden yellow colored highlights. The beer has a two finger tall fizzy sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a handful of small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of very slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of cereal grain + biscuit malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness and a light aroma of citrus/lemon + grassy hops. Light aromas of lager yeast.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of cereal grain + biscuit malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by light flavors of lager yeast. Finally there are light flavors of citrus/lemon + grassy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away fairly quickly leaving a relatively clean finish.
M: Light bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a crisp + clean + refreshing mouthfeel. Enjoyable and went down so easily after spending almost the entire day outside in the hot NC summer.
