On tap at the Hen House Craft Beer Bar in Saigon. 60 IBU.
Pours with a clear, light copper colored body topped by a durable off white head.
The high ABV is well hidden in the aroma but obvious in the flavor and mouthfeel.
Moderate+ bitterness for style. Plenty of hops with enough malt to tame the bitterness and leave some bready notes in the flavor.
This has a smooth, medium+ body but it is a bit harsh due to the 9.2% ABV.
