Appearance: dark brown in color with a 1/2" head that falls to some spotty bubbles.
Smell: soft roasted tones with some brown sugar sweetness and a bit of vanilla.
Taste: roasted malts, bread, vanilla, ripe dark fruit, brown sugar, and a mild nutty bitterness.
Mouthfeel: medium bodied beer. Smooth throughout.
Overall: enjoyable brown that was a bit sweeter than expected but it worked for me.
