Amber in color. Mild smell. Light hoppy flavor. A little sour. Not my liking really. 13oz draft. The Fix Burger Bar. Worcester, ma.

From the pint can, it pours a hazy amber color with a nice off-white head that slowly reduces and leaves lacing. The nose gets a touch citrus. The mouth follows with a bit of malt with a citrusy bite.

Three-finger initial head. 3D spots on the glass. Light gold color and crystal clear.
Clean, mostly malt aroma--soft and pale. There's a light floral hop.
The first sip starts out dry with a biscuity flavor. It slowly sweetens and becomes fuller on the tongue. As I swallow, the drier presence returns with some straight up bitterness. The aftertaste is creamy. All in all, interesting in a good way.

Can to snifter. Had one of these around Christmas but finally getting around to reading this one now. SK brought to the Quickmas party.
Look is slightly hazy darkish yellow orange, with a pretty creamy egg shell head. Excellent retention.
Aroma is lots of citrus. Grapefruit, guava, metallic.
The Taste is not as sweet as the aroma headset. Some wood and Pine. Bit of a soapy aftertaste. Little bit of lime and grapefruit.
The mouthfeel is medium-bodied. There is some creaminess to it. A touch sticky . above-average carbonation.
Not bad. Surprised that this held up as well as it did considering this can is probably pushing 8 or 9 months old. I found that most ipas don't hold up that long. I'm guessing the flavor profile is closer to the aroma when it's fresher but this is still not bad.
