Pours pitch black with a finger of mocha colored head that lasts, nice lacing
Nice balance between sweetness and roast here, I'm getting chocolate and oak with subtle hints of vanilla and burnt coffee
The taste is pretty similar to the nose but the char comes out more to balance out the sweet vanilla notes
The feel here is a bit drying from the oak, though it is a bit too still and lacking carbonation. Nonetheless, it's nice to have a pastry stout like this not ending sugary sweet
I've never had tiramisu, so I have no comment on if this is authentic to the taste, but I will say it's damn good regardless, nice balance of smoky and sweet
