Foamy, but small head. It has some lasting time. Green-hued straw color. Hazy. Some slippery streaks of lace.
Earthy, beef stew undertones with a strong pale malt base. The hop comes across like black pepper spice in the background.
Rather dry flavor, nearly astringent. The hop is surprisingly toned down, but the dryness makes the beer more bitter than it really is. Neutral body with an elevated carbonation. The finish is like the start, very dry and bitter.
