The liquid looks like pink grapefruit juice. Cloudy. Tight bubbled head but it eventually dissipates to a thin layer of minute bubbles. Nice lacing in the form of mostly streaks.
Sizable amount of floral hop nose, especially for a Blonde. There's a fruitiness which shows up to me more like freshly cut papaya than guava. Lightly prickly.
Definitely more Blonde than a fruit beer. Again, the hop content is loaded, similar to an APA. This bitterness is dominates the swallow and aftertaste. The base has the fruitiness mentioned above, but it's still a dry beer. More reminiscent to grapefruit flavoring. Solid body (again, for a Blonde) but with decent carbonation. In a word, complicated.
