What a clever name for an IPA. With IPA's of short shelf life being fashionable, Two Week Notice appears to play-on this trend. On-tap at the brewery, on to the beer:
A lightly hazy body with a color that is slightlybrighter than goldenrod. Good creamy head and retention on top. A fun smelling beer and true to West Coast Style, it's juicy with pineapple and cantaloupe with a pleasant caramel base.
No shortage of hops here, as Two Week Notice hits heavy with the hops. More citric and bittering, with slices of grapefruit, a kiss of caramel, pineapple. Somewhat bitter on the palate, yey devilishly drinking and creamy smooth on the palate.
One more IPA that is worthy of hailing from the West Coast.
