A collaborative effort with the Breweries in PA team, a modified base of Pilsner malt, corn, and a touch of wheat provide a sturdy base for a traditional Noble hop addition in the kettle followed by a generous dry hop addition with the grungiest hops available for notes of kiwi and overripe peach before finishing dry and crisp.
