Usyrper (Blueberry Pancakes)

Usyrper is a double-mashed, first runnings collection that has been boiled for 11 hours. The result is a 14%+ ABV stout that is thick, decadent, chewy, and sweet like brownie batter. Our third variant has been aged in an ex-bourbon maple syrup barrel before being met back in the stainless with nearly 50 lbs. per barrel of blueberry puree and nearly 2 lbs. of Tahitian vanilla beans. It's a bottle of blueberry pancakes!
