A unique fusion of styles, a blonde ale that’s been spontaneously fermented like a lambic, with a decent amount of adjuncts kind of like a witbier, coriander and orange peel. Ascorbic acid has just been straight up added here — that’s likely where the tartness is coming from.
This is sort of a jack of all trades kind of blonde, a worthy entry. Well carbonated and slightly opaque in its golden body, there’s a pleasant but subtle blend of yeasty flavours, obvious coriander, orange peel (though it’s a sweeter beer than bitter or sour), some nice light malts.
More complex as it warms than I gave it credit for but it’s still very subtle. But this does give it a smooth, lightly tart, drinkable quality. Absolutely a beer worth having more than once to pick up on its subtleties. And it’s quite refreshing, will easily substitute for any crisp lager on a hot day.

Poured a 330ml bottle into a pint glass. a one finger fine white head on a very slightly hazy gold. The head diminishes to a ring.
fruit and yeast in the nose.
Spicy sweet and fruity up front.A very subdued tart finish.
Light body and medium carbonation.
Between the sweet, tart and fruit elements, the fruit seems more dominant. Very interesting, considering that there is no actual fruit in this beer. ABV is well hidden.
