Now available in cans. Purchased at the brewery.
Pours a very enticing golden body with a lingering thin head and ample carbonation. Great looking lager. The nose is a bit muted. Mostly picking up the crackery malt. The hops come through a little bit metallic but still greeny. In spite of the nose, the beer tastes wonderful. Great interpretation of a German pils. The mouthfeel is thin to medium, quite welcoming.
Highly recommend you grab some cans while they're still available, or go try it on tap.

Excellent, medium-bodied pilsner that pairs well with delicious slow-cooked meats. This brew isn't ultra-filtered like traditional Pilsners. The head is small, and the lacing subtle. Paleolithic boasts flavors of Bavarian hops spicey herbal notes with just the right bitterness. Slick and refreshing.
