Poors a very hazy straw color with a creamy head and some lacing.
The lactobacillus are very present in the nose, along with some lemon, tangerine, and a creaminess I would tend to associate with mangos. There is also a subtle mineral quality.
The taste is quite tart with a lemon and lime notes.

Bottle: Poured a hazy golden color ale with a nice large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with light floral undertones notes. Taste is also a mix of tart notes with light floral undertones with a dry finish with some Brett notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Well brewed and nice tart session ale with limited complexity.

Bottled mid-July.
Pours a hazy yellow body. Light citrus and nice tartness in flavor. Has a very dry overall feel and ends with herbs, pepper and mushrooms. Bit gueuze-like i found, very solid first effort.
