Hazy sunshine with crusty white rim and speckled sheets. 4
Grapefruit and passion fruit. 4
Thread of shortbread, candied grapefruit, papaya, slight berry, and light pine. 4.25
Candied lemon rind linger.
Round, oily, halfway to medium. 4
DDH’d with Simcoe, Citra, and Mosaic.
Brings that sugary NoCal citrus thing from 5 years ago. Mosaic is quiet. Not on the juicy train, but smooth, balanced, round and bright. Solid work and fun to drink. 4.25
