Decanted from a 16 oz (473 oz) can purchased at the brewery (produced 07/10/2020) into a tulip glass.
A: Pours an opaque, golden (like white grapefruit juice) with a one finger, white head, rim retention, and virtually no lacing.
S: Aromas of dark chocolate, vanilla and cream; I picked up some mango early on, but clears rather quickly..
T: More semisweet than semidry. Tastes more like a chocolate creamsicle, with a Pixie Stix quality, but again mango is evident only early. Bitterness mostly derived from bitter chocolate and ?coffee ground elements.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Like many Decadent brews, "promises" fruit flavor without really delivering. The irony is, if it had been called Chocolate Creamsicle, I could have accepted its name and flavor characteristics.

Tasted in a Spiegelau IPA glass from a one pint can on December 19, 2018. A dry hopped double IPA brewed with Mosaic hops, Madagascar vanilla beans, Turbinado, Muscovado sugars and mango. Nice flavor but the feel is a little thin.

L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had a yellow-orange color and a super cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, fairly long-lasting head. Below average lacing.
S: A very enticing aroma of tropical fruit, hops, malt, citrus fruit, and vanilla.
T: Tasted of small amount of malt (barely present), a good amount of citrus fruit (lemon, orange), lots of vanilla, a definite sugary quality, tons of tropical fruit (mango, of course), and a decent amount of hops. This is an extremely sweet and well-balanced flavor. Yes, you do get a heap of fruit up front, but there's a nice hoppy bite in the finish. Delicious.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a sharp, vibrant finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An exceptionally well-made beer. Drinkable.

Really good after-taste from the vanilla, did not sip like a DIPA but of course packed a DIPA punch.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned on 10/23/2018. Pours very hazy deep golden/amber/light orange color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of huge juicy mangoes, melon, fruit skin, mandarin orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, vanilla, cream, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, mangoes, vanilla, sugars, and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge juicy mangoes, melon, fruit skin, mandarin orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, vanilla, cream, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, zesty, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness; and fruit tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of juicy mangoes, melon, fruit skin, mandarin orange juice, grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, guava, berries, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, vanilla, cream, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal, floral, grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robusntess, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, mangoes, vanilla, sugars, and bready malt flavors; with a solid malt/bitterness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness and tart/tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky/acidic/tangy mouthfeel that is fantastic. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.6%. Overall this is an incredible milkshake NEIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops, mangoes, vanilla, sugars, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the ABV; with the mildly bitter/tart/tangy/drying finish. Amazingly soft feel. Amazing Mosaic hop profile, with balanced authentic mangoes. Extremely juicy, and lightly dank/earthy hops/fruit; perfect vanilla, wheat, oat, malt, sugar balance; not overly sweet/heavy from lingering dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and amazing style example as expected of the brewery.

Poured into pint glass. Hazy in color with heavy citrus notes. 1 finger of head. Nice juicy flavor, definitely taste the sweetness. So far this has been my favorite from the Decadent Ales Cream Pop line.
