4th Review. Decadent nails this one.
a) Pours pale straw color, very hazy. Finger full of structured, white head that lasts and lacs.
s) Floral, grapefruit rind, blossoms, and citrusy hops.
t) Best part - floral, citrus flavors in a see-saw batter of bitterness and fruit.
f) Creamy mouthfeel.
o) My tasting partner and I agreed best beer of evening.

Kind of weird to see just a regular IPA from these guys they often make beers full of sweet stuff like vanilla and maple syrup. Regardless it pours a rather hazy bright yellow just a quarter inch of foam that fades to a very light lace ring. Smells very floral sweet citrus tons of papaya hops. Taste is very clean mild hot presence semi-sweet with an easily crushable smooth body. glad I was able to pick this up for just a couple bucks if I paid regular decadent prices I don't think I would have enjoyed it as much.

Decanted into an 16 oz (473 ml) custom taster pint; canned on 08/02/2019, code GOLDENROD.
A: Pours an opaque, dark golden color (think tarnished brass), with a one finger, foamy, white head, rim retention, and limited lacing.
S: Aromas of white grapefruit, caramel, pine, and coarse grains (leaning to corn).
T: Semisweet. Flavors a bit muted, but definitely derived from the nose. Solid, but not overpowering, peppery bitterness consistent with the style.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: An enjoyable, albeit somewhat mild, contemporary AIPA.

Oh man. What a terrific brew. Gorgeous pale straw color, somewhat hazy. Firm white head that dissipates slowly, leaving nice lacing on the glass. Intoxicating aroma of intensely floral and citrusy hops. The taste lives up to and exceeds the armoa - beautiful floral, citrusy flavors with just the right balance of bitterness and dank. Soft, luscious, creamy mouthfeel. One of the best beers I've had in a long, long time. Kudos to Decadent, this is a stunner of a beer.
