Served in a snifter glass from the can.
Appearance: Semi-thick black body with a dark tan head which rose very subtle, just about half of one fingers length off the body. Settles quickly before first sip with even lacing.
Smell: literally all I smell is cinnamon nutmeg and maple syrup, like a waffle inside a glass.
Taste: comes off a sweet complex yet light chocolatey notes accompanied with a very mellow vanilla. Spicy cinnamon and maple syrup.
Mouth: sticky body with a soft carbonation. Heavy finish, literally lingers in your palates for a while after just one sip alone.
Overall: in the end The taste improves as the beer warms up, it has a mellow spiciness to it offset by a sweet honey characteristic which confuses the palates.
