Served in a Teku glass at the Decadent Brewery in Mamaroneck, NY.
A: Pours a hazy, dark golden to rose color (resembles pink grapefruit juice) with a less than one finger, white head, no more than a rim retention, if that, and basically no lacing.
S: Very funky to the point of being slightly off-putting. Aromas of pink grapefruit pith.
T: Semisweet. Palate basically somewhere between pink grapefruit (especially the pith) and tangerine). Minimal bitterness.
M: Medium to full bodied with low, low carbonation.
O: Tastes nothing like a Mimosa. Not the strongest Gose I have had by a long shot.
