L: Poured from a tallboy can to a snifter glass. Had an orangish / brown color and a very cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of creamy, extremely long-lasting head. Not much lacing to speak of.
S: A very nice aroma of raspberries, maple syrup, citrus fruit, hops, malt, tropical fruit, and spices.
T: Tasted of a hint of malt (mostly in the finish; very fleeting), a good shot of maple syrup (up front; quite sweet), a moderate amount of hops (not huge factor), some cinnamon notes, a bit of citrus fruit (orange, in particular), lots of raspberries, and some tropical fruit (passion fruit). A sweet and oddly subtle flavor. Tasty stuff.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Medium-bodied.
O: Not my favorite Decadent beer, but still well made and enjoyable. Drinkable.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 8/2019. Pours opaquely hazy/cloudy deep orange/amber/light reddish color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick foamy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big lightly tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, cinnamon, wood, light peppercorn/pine, maple syrup, vanilla, cream, honey, wheat, white bread dough, biscuit, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/light earthy hops, raspberries, maple syrup/sugars, and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of huge lightly tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, cinnamon, wood, light peppercorn/pine, maple syrup, vanilla, cream, honey, wheat, white bread dough, biscuit, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Mild pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, woody, grassy, peppery bitterness; berry tang/tartness; and cinnamon spiciness after the finish. Lingering notes of lightly tart/tangy raspberries, fruit skin/seeds, mandarin orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, blueberry, gooseberry, citrus peel/zest, cinnamon, wood, light peppercorn/pine, maple syrup, vanilla, cream, honey, wheat, white bread dough, biscuit, light toast, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/light earthy hops, raspberries, maple syrup/sugars, and bready malt flavors; with a great malt/bitter/spiciness and tart/tangy fruit balance; with no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness and tart/tangy fruit. Medium carbonation and medium-full body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready, and lightly sticky/acid/tangy mouthfeel that is fantastic. Slight lingering resins/rinds through the glass. Minimal warming alcohol for 8.6%. Overall this is an incredible fruited/spiced NEDIPA. All around fantastic complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical/light earthy hops, raspberries, maple syrup/sugars, and bready malt flavors; very smooth and dangerously easy to drink for the big ABV, with the mildly bitter/spicy/tart/drying finish; fantastic soft/silky feel. Feels like Citra/Mosaic as with most of their DIPAs. Super juicy hops/fruit, with light dank/earthy notes; with perfectly balanced sugars and wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin dryness. A highly enjoyable offering, and outstadning spot on style example as expected. Right on par with most of the others.

16 oz. Can
Poured into a Tree House glass a pretty nice cloudy dark orange/pinkish color, pretty nice carbonation, with a pretty nice thick/creamy one-finger plus off-white head, which also leaves some pretty nice sticky lacing behind. The nose is hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, mango, raspberries, papaya), vanilla, cinnamon, maple, nice little diesel like. The taste is pretty nice hoppy, malty, with a pretty nice citrus complex (orange, tangerine, mango, raspberries, papaya), nice little touch of vanilla, maple, cinnamon, pretty nice little diesel like, nice little sweetness. Medium body, ABV hidden very nicely, with a nice little dry/bitter finish. Overall, this is a pretty tasty brew. Orange Julius! Addictive! Milk Shake! Nice to see it around here.
