Great beer. It definitely skews more towards chocolate than vanilla but the two work pretty well together and end up making the beer taste like Hershey's syrup with some hints of melted vanilla ice cream. The barrel presence isnt super strong here but thats not necessarily a bad thing, as it allows for the dessert aspects to shine a bit more rather than having a super deep, rich mouthfeel. All in all a very nice beer and not too shabby at $12 per crowler.

On tap at the brewery.
A - Dark brown with lots of viscosity on the glass sides.
S - Fudge brownie, cherry, and light bourbon.
T - Chocolate fudge, some cherry, bourbon, and a lingering chocolate bourbon sweetness.
M - Thick and chewy, pillowy soft smoothness, slight warming on the way down.
O - Very enjoyable.
