Decanted in a 16 oz (473 ml) into a Sam Adams Perfect Pint glass; canned 07/10/2020, code DDH ATLAS.
A: Pours an opaque, yellow-orange color with less than a finger of head formation, rim and a small island of retention, and basically no lacing.
S: Aromas of pineapple, orange, lemon, peach, pepper, and turmeric.
T: Semidry to dry. Palate shares many of the flavor characteristics of white grapefruit juice, but as if adulterated with white pepper, turmeric, and mint. Bitterness provides an overall clean, refreshing finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: DDH Atlas is a drinkable and enjoyable NEIPA. I do prefer the non-DDH version, which is fruitier and more fun.
