Served in a 16 oz (473 ml) into conical, plastic pint glass at Decadent Brewing in Mamaroneck, NY.
A: Pours a cloudy, yellow color with very limited head formation, islands of retention, and little or no lacing.
S: Aromas of white grapefruit, lemon, honeysuckle, and very light pine.
T: Semidry. Palate has essentially the flavor equivalents of white grapefruit juice. Slight minty bitterness at the finish gives a clean, refreshing finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Atlas is a deliciously fruity NEIPA. I could drink this as a pick me up any weekend morning.
