This poured an opaque pale yellow, brief 1" head that fades away quickly with no lacing. Nose is a burst of orange creamsicle at the start, followed by more sweet orange, vanilla, and an underlying harsh, boozy perfume note. Not altogether great, but not too offensive, either. Taste, however, takes a turn. There very little citrus here - maybe more like fountain cafeteria orange juice where the ratio is all wrong. The vanilla is present, but has a very fake, marshmallow fluff kind of vibe. Most offensive, though, is a really harsh, acrid booze note, almost like it's spiked with vodka. Mouthfeel is surprising thin for the style. Never a huge fan of Decadent, but this one hit some new lows for me.

Canned 2/11/22
I had the single Orange Cream Pop a long time ago and remembered loving it, so I figured getting this one was a no brainer. Of course being at Half Time, I figured this was more recently canned since Decadent is literally right next door but oh well. Let’s get into it
Pours a cloudy pale gold with 2 fingers of off white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves minimal lacing
This is pretty vanilla forward in the nose, almost to a fault but it’s not bad. I’m picking up on aromas of vanilla bean, crackery malt, orange zest, earthy hops, and light lemon
In taste, it’s almost bland. The vanilla really dominates and it’s almost there is. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting earthy vanilla, orange juice, bready malt, and herbal hops. The swallow brings notes of bitter earthy vanilla, tangerine, bready malt, earthy hops, and light wheat
A light medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a thin beer. Finishes neutral and unbalanced
Yeah, I’m not a huge fan of this one. It’s not necessarily awful, but not one I’d get again, even if it was free
