The initial attempt to empty a pint can into a clear glass liter mug had to be slowed, as a foamy white head began to fill the vessel. But, it quickly receded and very soon, there was no head at all. Now, it looks like orange juice in a liter mug, maybe just a shade darker. This is made with blood oranges and tangerines and that's exactly how it smells. The sweetness of the fruit is missing, but neither does this smell sour. There's a reason for that missing aspect, as there's no sour to taste. Give the drinker at least a hint of sourness, or at least some tartness. This is just bland. The juiciness is toned down, because it is a beer, so it doesn't just drink like fruit juice. But there’s nothing else and certainly no pluck. It isn't particularly carbonated and it can't be considered refreshing. Perhaps the only plus here is that a 6.8% ABV is provided without any negative notice. When expectations are to get puckered and all you get is this, disappointing is the only one word description.
