Located about 15 minutes north of Kansas Ci.ty.
Mid sized room, with a smaller bar, ample tables and seating and a mid sized outdoor area. Non-descript kinda room, nothing too exciting.
Same can be said for their beer that I tried, decent but nothing special.
Friendly enough young ladies behind the bar
Kinda got a meh, nothing overly special or interesting vibe to all aspects of this establishment....

It's a nice clean space, but looks a little like any restaurant you'd find anywhere. It doesn't have cool architecture or decor. The beers were a mixed bag. Some not good. Some average and some that were good. The service was fairly slow considering there wasn't a big crowd on a Saturday afternoon. Didn't try the food, although it sounded good.

i had a great little visit to this new spot right in the heart of north kansas city. sounds like they have only been open a little while, but they have a great space, right off the main drag with a long bar in the corner, some beautiful wood furnishings, and open views to the brew house on the side there. they were completely empty at lunch time, so thank goodness the service was good, but it was really good, everyone there introduced themselves and were very thankful for me being there, made me feel really welcome and comfortable. the place is immaculate and new, clean, and relaxing. they had a small and humble beer list, but the two i had were very solid, if a little safe, even for a new operation. a coconut brown and a hefe, both well made and without flaws. the rest of the lineup looked tame too, but it sounds like more inventive ales are in the works here. i had some food too and was very pleased with both the quality and the price. maybe these guys really dont have anything going on to set them apart from any other random taproom and brewery around the country, but they are definitely doing it right, and i suspect they will be quite successful in this neighborhood. thanks for having me in!
