Located near downtown and the historic Old West area. Street parking. Outside balcony patio. Garage doors with windows on two sides. High black ceiling and a concrete floor. L-shaped bar, with black topped tables and chairs. Three TVs showing sports. Brewing equipment is visible around the corner in the back. Twelve taps, with a selection of standard styles. Has a kitchen serving pizza. Cooler has canned beer to go. Friendly and quick acting staff. Can get loud with a crowd, even with sound absorbing panels on the walls.

Nice fairly new brewery in Dodge City. Nice location and nice building. Arrived at opening, but a decent crowd soon arrived. Eight of their beers on tap with 3 guest taps. Service was excellent. Flights available. Did not try any food, but think Pizza is the main thing. A couple of blocks off the main highway through town, which helps add some quiet. All of the beers I tried were well crafted. Will return.

Located in downtown, not far from Boot Hill. Good-sized, L-shaped bar with a spot for ordering food or buying beers to take to your table. They usually have 7 or so of their own beers on tap, with a couple guest taps. Some nice lagers on tap plus there's always an IPA. They had a good raspberry sour on tap on my recent visit. They have pizzas for food, but I haven't had one, yet.

I tried two different IPA's at Dodge City Brewing and they were both excellent. One was a west coast style IPA, lots of hop flavor but not overwhelming. The other I would characterize as more eastern US style. Somewhat less hoppy but very refreshing and easy on the palate with some citrus flavor. Since this is a small brewery, I anticipate that the beer names change often and styles very from batch to batch but I believe they have a beer to suit every taste. The Brewpub is very inviting with large garage style doors that could be opened in the summer. I talked with the owner/brew master for a long time. Very Knowledgeable and certainly enjoying what he does and committed to making great beer. The food was very good but the menu is limited. Not a bad thing since they can concentrate on making excellent beers.
