Came by the new brewery in Hudson while visiting the area. Wow, what an awesome place. They've got a sweet terrace outside and the taproom inside, well, you just need to make the time. Such an awesome place to have a beer and relax, can't wait to come back. Both the owners/master brewers (Martin & Fred) made the time to talk to me and give me a tour, I even tasted their imperial stout right out of the fermenter!!! They only had 2 beers on tap, but it's pretty understandable, they just opened the weekend before and it was the first two batches they brewed.
Fred told me they will be releasing at least a new recipe every two weeks, so I will definitely be back next month to try out the new brews!

Came here on their opening day. Both owners were there chatting with people and they are very passionate. From start to finish, their project just took them 5 months. 2 beers are available now, a California common and an imperial IPA. They sell growlers to go and plan on bottling by year's end. Nice little place and worth a detour IMO.
