Pours a burgundy-copper with a mild haze to the translucency. Head is two fingers of off-white foam. Aroma is nutty, bready, caramelly, and grassy. Flavor profile is nutty, earthy, and bready with a dry finish. Right before the finish is grassy hops, adding some contrast to the malts. Mouth feel is medium in thickness. Texture is fuzzy, but softens to more thin at the finish. Overall, nice, dry, clean Irish Red Ale.

On draft at Maxline. Poured a clear, reddish amber color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sudsy trails of lace on the glass. It smelled of roasted malt, toffee, caramel and floral notes. Sweet caramel taste with a roasty finish. Mild bitterness.

L: Pours a dark orangish red with a small medium white head and no lacing on the glass.
S: Notes of fresh toasted bread, a nutty malt followed by some caramel and some sweet malt, with a light floral hop, this beer is how I expect an Irish red to smell.
T: Toasted bread, some nutty earthy malt, some sweet caramel and malt and a light floral hop with little bitterness. Nice and drinkable.
F: Smooth nice carbonation and medium body.
O: This is a great drinkable beer and nice for having a couple in one session.

This is an easy drinking red. Nothing to write home about, but it is solid. I would like to taste some of their other offerings.
