Poured into a becher pint glass, the appearance was a soft creamy yellow color with a sturdy transparency about it. Carbonation could be seen rising to fill a quickly dissipating cap of a white foamy head. No lace. The aroma definitely has the sweet corn up front and lightly hopped by some grassy tones. The flavor takes in the sweetness of the corn and adds just a touch of a bready/biscuit malt to end up blending on into the aftertaste and finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with an inevitable crushability about it. ABV felt as projected by the brewer. Overall, Summer crusher definitely as that’s when I would want this again.
