Reviewed from notes. Thanks Mike. The appearance was a dark brown color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head that dissipated at a moderate pace. Slight lace. The aroma had some soft sweet milk chocolate up front with a slight sweet oaty/graininess meeting some dark chocolate nibs at the end. Subtle marshmallow/creamy/somewhat like vanilla coming out. The flavor blends somewhat nicely between the oat/grainy sweetness to the marshmallow/vanilla creaminess. Not much of an aftertaste, somewhat sweet, but dark chocolate seems to nip there at the end of the aftertaste. Long sweet finish. On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Decent sessionability about it, not cloying with the suspected sweetness to make one want to believe that. Good sturdy ABV. Overall, pretty nice sweet stout. Cool idea to get the marshmallow in there too.
