Pours a clouded golden color with a froth, bigger head.
Smells of spicy cardamom, dried grass and sweet toffee, forming a well balanced nose.
Drinks dangerously light and refreshing with a well nuanced carbonation, which produces a late, lighter effervescent spark.
Tadtes of soft bread dough and a spicy yeast pillow, containing allspice, white pepper and dried noble hops. Turns a little more watery then, lighter on the spices with more dough cutting through. Finishes slightly boozy, slightly bitter with a maintaining peppery note among sweet toffee.
Solid Tripel with a profound, well working spiciness.
