330ml bottle. Bb in 10.5 months, so quite fresh.
A slightly hazy mango colour, bright white fluffy large-grained foam that sticks around long and recedes unevenly.
Nose is honeyed grain with some tartness underneath. Somewhat floral sweet fruit too, like a residue from the type of flower the bees sucked. Intriguing unusual mix.
Taste unfortunately proves the old risk that while the mix might work in aroma, in taste you are left with a mess. There is some tartness with a spicy bitter edge at the bottom, which stays as the aftertaste, unpleasant metal from a lot of sugar, the floral/fruity element recedes and things feel empty, I would say there is too much sugar in honey form here. Suspect that they stress in the description that there is just a little of honey. Feels like it has to be 20% or something. The tartness with what is left of the fruit feels like someone spiked a thin beer with a bit of bitterness with some very very green apple juice.
Not bad, but does not really gell. A worthy experiment, but I wonder about the amount of honey.

Poured from a 330ml bottle. It has a cloudy, brownish yellow body, and a thick white head with good amount of lacing.
It has a somewhat sweet, creamy aroma, with yeast and notes of bananas.
The taste has mild hops, bready malts, bananas and notes of honey. Light bitterness and carbonation. Feels somewhat watery. The aftertaste is slightly wheaty.
For its style, I feel it's a little bit underwhelming. But that's not to say that it's undrinkable; I enjoyed it, but it's nothing special.
