16oz can stamped CANNED ON 05/20/21 poured into a super stange glass at fridge temp 5% ABV 23 IBU. The beer pours mostly bright light honey amber in color with off white head. The head recedes to a thin cap and leaves a few spots of lacing. The aroma is faint with sweet, pale malt being the only stand alone note. The taste is more of the same with semisweet pale malt, a bit of wheat malt, mineral and noticeable bitterness with little hop flavor. The mouthfeel is thin to medium bodied with average carbonation and a mostly dry finish. Overall, good. The final pour revealed more yeast sediment than I'd like to see in my Kolsch style beers and I can't find a mash bill on the brewer's website, but there is a wheat presence here that I don't care for in the style. Nice beer so I gave it a bump in overall.
