Lemon and a mild grassy flavor come from 100 pounds of locally grown Centennial hops (sourced from Kelsey’s 1/4 acre farm in Greenfield, NY). The hops were picked and immediately put into the brewing process, making a very flavorful "Wet Hopped" IPA.

-hazy yellow tap pour with 1/2 cm of foam. Rings of bubbles mark each draw. The aroma is minimal. Hop flavors are grassy and a bit oaky. This is a pleasant, light quaff.
