Notes: We're attempting to make a new beer style called OIPA (oat IPA). The grist is 50% malted and flaked oats, with lactose added late in the boil. The hops used are NYS grown Michigan Copper; these hops yield a fruit punch flavor. To compliment the Michigan Copper hops, the beer was secondary fermented with Mango and Lulo puree.
