Tart, crisp apple flavors are achieved with a delicate balance between Pilsner malt, hops, and our house Belgian yeast.

16 ounce can, no dating I noticed on it. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this one! Served in a Teku, the beer pours a somewhat hazy gold color with about a couple inch frothy off-white head that stuck around a while. Good amount of lacing. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like bready/grainy malt, clove, peppery spice, banana and some lemon peel. Taste is similar to the aroma, but with the addition of some coriander, candi sugar and earthy flavors. Mouthfeel/body is medium, and has a good amount of soft zippy carbonation. Thought this was a good overall brew, certainly worth a try if you get the chance!

From the 16 oz can in a snifter. This solid little ale pours a lightly
cloudy straw color with a nice head of white foam that subsides to a
thick ring, thin fluffy layer, and sports some very nice lacing. Nose of
candy sugar, cracker, lemon zest, orange zest, white pepper, light
banana, and subtle Belgian spices of clove and coriander. Flavors
present themselves very nicely with banana, faint clove, cracker,
sweet candy sugar, faint coriander, yeasty bread hints, and a touch
of herbal hops with light citrus of orange zest. Mouth feel is medium,
medium soft carbonation, smooth, nicely effervescent and prickly, and
a balanced finish.

Overall----Very nice from a newer to me brewery!

Cheers

A: The beer is hazy pale yellow in color. It poured with a finger and a half high white head that gradually died down but consistently left a short head covering the surface and thick lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of candi sugar are present in the nose along with notes of candi sugar.
T: The taste follows the smell and also has some notes of spiciness, although these somewhat mellow out as the beer begins to warm up.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: I found this tripel to be easier to drink compared to others in the style.

Can to chalice.
The appearance was a soft golden yellow color with a modest transparency about it. Small foamy cap of a little white head dissipated finely. A light filmy string of lace roamed around the glass very nicely.
The aroma had a strong banana scent throttling through some Belgian spices and malt. Belgian yeastiness is there but stays in its lane for the most part.
The flavor took all of those previously mentioned aromas together and blended finely. Mellow banana-ish Belgian malty aftertaste.
The mouthfeel is about medium bodied with a fine sipping quality about it. Good carbonation with an unyielding smooth Belgian sensation of balanced malts and yeasty spiciness.
Overall, it doesn't seem strong enough to be a true Belgian tripel but hey if one's rating this as a BSPA, you know you got a nice gem in your hands.
