Notes:
Hazy, juicy, and non-astrigent, with dank aromas as well as melon and freshly opened double bubble gum. The mouth feel is pillowy soft, well suited for tongue rinsing hops with flavors of wild picked forest berries, fresh cut cantaloupe, and a finish of sweet grapefruit. Contains lactose.
The name "In the Weeds" is in reference to our approach on the hops with this release. We went "In the Weeds" of hop chemistry, in which we did a deep dive into the chemical attributes of specific hops, and used their respective attributes to decide when, and how much hops would be used in the process of making Taproom #17.
