Notes: A sour fruited ale made using real Tangerine concentrate and Pink Guava purée. Bright citrus flavors from the tangerine accent the juicy, tropical pink guava, creating a sour tropical delight.

Look: Pours a bright, yet still opaque shade of ruddy orange with a one finger, off white head that fizzles away almost immediately, leaving no lacing on the glass.

Aroma: A little shy on the nose; mostly trace amounts of pink grapefruit, sour tangerine. I am however; getting some pleasant notes of milk sugar - almost like the smell of cake batter.

Taste: The flavor is similar to the other iterations of She's Tert. I'm not sure I like this version as much but it still tastes great. Upfront it's reminiscent of a mimosa (although not as boozy). Big flavors of sour grapefruit and orange off the bat, followed by a funky, savory mango/guava note. The sugar profile is well suited to balance out the acidity from the citrus fruit and sourness of the Berliner Weisse style, you can certainly pick out the milk sugar on the palate. It ends on more sour flavors, mostly of tangerine, but they aren't as intensely sour as they are upfront.

Feel: The body is rather heavy, but not syrupy. I think it feels heavier than it actually is, simply because the carbonation is pretty low, although the beer isn't flat by any means. Or maybe it's the milk sugar giving it extra weight. ABV% is undetectable.

Overall: I happened to really like this, but I feel the tangerine and guava iteration of this beer isn't my favorite out of all the previous versions. The milk sugar is incorporated well here in that it doesn't drag the other flavors down, instead providing a really interesting contrast to the beers tropical/sour side.

"She's Tert With Tangerguava"

Canned 12/3/20; drank 3/7/20
Look: Pours a thickish, hazy orange, almost like pulpfree orange juice. Not much of a head.
Smell: The aroma is definitely on the funky side of sour. Even a little stale.
Taste: Starts out on the tart side with a little pungent, stale almost nuttiness. The nuttiness gives way to a nice sourness. The tangerine and guava are clearly present throughout. The citrus is pretty dominating.
Feel: The crisp carbonation works quite well with the citrus flavors.
Overall: It may be a little funky for my taste. Would have liked to have seen a little less dankiness, but overall very drinkable.
