The descriptor has all my instincts saying "disgusting" lol - but lemme tell ya, it ran like a quad for me - it's classed as a milk stout on the site, which surprised me initially, because on the tasting, there was a lot of fruit, which lightens and adds acidity to the beer, and I totally thought it to be quad-like, albeit with a peanut buttery-and chocolate element - anyways - absolutely delicious - not at all too sweet or overdone - 9% abv gives it true heart...
Additional tasting notes:
And upon return, still surprisingly good, and that's coming from a guy that still isn't sure about the sound of "peanut butter and jelly" beer lol... Lots of raspberry - complete with sweetness and tang; the bright fruit lightens and loosens a peanut buttery foundation laced with chocolates...
